Overall, the actual apartment itself is very nice! There's lots of parking, great place for dogs, and a beautiful pool. However, the pool house has now been under construction for 5 months and there's no progress. The gate was broken for months as well. There's lot of equipment in the gym that has also been broken for months. Anytime I ask the leasing office for an update, they tell me they can't give me a time frame for completion.

The community is exquisite. Arguably the most aesthetically pleasing apartment that I have ever rented. The location is excellent, everything that you would ever need is in close proximity. The amenities are top tier with a gym that planet fitness would rival. From the moment, I stepped foot on the property, I was in love. So I'm sure you could imagine how disheartened I was to discover roaches in my apartment the day I signed the lease and took possession of the unit. Although maintenance did get an exterminator out fairly quickly to service this major issue; I just feel like for the price, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
