On Dec 23, 22, a tree fell in my house and destroyed my house. I was devastated. I was homeless until I met Ms Dinkins the property manager. She was very compassionate and she let me tell her my tell her my story and worked with my insurance company and made sure I had a smooth transition until 5801 Zebulon rd unit 247.

The community is exquisite. Arguably the most aesthetically pleasing apartment that I have ever rented. The location is excellent, everything that you would ever need is in close proximity. The amenities are top tier with a gym that planet fitness would rival. From the moment, I stepped foot on the property, I was in love. So I'm sure you could imagine how disheartened I was to discover roaches in my apartment the day I signed the lease and took possession of the unit. Although maintenance did get an exterminator out fairly quickly to service this major issue; I just feel like for the price, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
