This is a horrible complex. The rent goes up every year. Dog feces are everywhere. The smell of pot is everywhere. If you are a resident physician, you should choose another complex. I wish I did. I am telling everyone. It really is horrible place. The elevator is still not repaired, though the management claims it is repaired. The noise level is out of control. I can hear things my neighbors are doing that I should not be able to hear. Also, they charge residents fees for everything; it really is ridiculous. I hate this place. As soon as possible, I am moving out. There are much better places to live in Macon.
