The office staff seems short handed.There is no one at the front desk to greet residents or to welcome potential residents. The staff is friendly. The trash pickup is very inconsistent. I have had good experience with maintenance as they come quickly. I have been dissatisfied with my smart lock as it does not work consistently. This has been an issue since moving in. There are some issues with guests trying to get in locked doors if a resident uses the door. Overall I have been happy and content since moving in.

The community is exquisite. Arguably the most aesthetically pleasing apartment that I have ever rented. The location is excellent, everything that you would ever need is in close proximity. The amenities are top tier with a gym that planet fitness would rival. From the moment, I stepped foot on the property, I was in love. So I'm sure you could imagine how disheartened I was to discover roaches in my apartment the day I signed the lease and took possession of the unit. Although maintenance did get an exterminator out fairly quickly to service this major issue; I just feel like for the price, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
