Arcan capital sucks! They are a money pit. They illegally gave me 3 days to move out after only being 12 days late and never being late previously. And the only reason I was late was because my grandmother died unexpectedly and there were financial burdens we had to take care of. They are rude unorganized the lawyer that they had representing them was even worse lol so unorganized and told the judge that she didn't have all the information when caught in a lie lol! RUN DONT WALK WITH THEM! they are lazy their maintenance men smoke weed all day with the residents but declare a no smoking policy lol! They are a literal slum lord

    The overall experience is great. I just have small kids and upon coming to look at the apartment it was a playground but once we moved in it was no longer one so I just think it should be something for the kids to enjoy.

      Manchester at Wesleyan is an affordable apartment on the north side of Macon. It is close to local shopping and eatery. The move in process was easy. The staff is friendly. It seems like they are working on getting this community to a high level of luxury. One thing should be noted: there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. So if you are a smoker, this place is not for you.

          This is the worst community I have ever stayed in. The leasing office staff is very rude and not helpful. After staying her for 5 days my car window was bust and broken into and I had to pay $300 for a new window. The office staff didn't act as if they cared. It was over 20 cars broken into on this night. Courtesy officers not patrolling, mainteance requests not getting done,

It is tragic that this has happened to you, but as you stated before, it happened to 20 other people throughout the city of Macon.               While I enjoyed it my first year living here,when they got new management for the 12th time is has went down TREMENDOUSLY!!!! They don't care about the residents at all just a check the outside smells like urine and is dirty!!!Im also learning after I signed my lease that with new management I'm being charged for the water my whole unit use!I wouldn't advice anyone to live here the appliances are old and worn down they dgaf how much you complain, the only thing for certain is the rent prices steady going up.

                  We were checking the apartments to move in and we came up with few apartments according to our needs and budget and The Manchester at Wesleyan is the one we like. Zykira, Assistant Property Manager is a wonderful person who helped us a lot in providing all the details for the apartment, community and all the amenities for the apartment. Initially, we book a 2 bedroom apartment but we ended up with move in to 3 bedroom apartment only because a wonderful customer service by Zykira and Sarah a corporate lady who helped us too. I would definitely recommend this community to everyone. Thanks a ton guys.

                    If you can find a different place to move, please by all means MOVE THERE! This place is constantly under new management, and they are all HORRIBLE! The apartments are out dated, and they are always working on the outside, but never on the inside. Gnats problem Mold Gates don't properly work Can't access gym after office closes( what's the purpose of it) Neighbors are loud Apartment is always smelling like smoke( we don't smoke) Just don't move here, that's it, that's all!!!

                        they have a fall advertisement. They said they had newly renovated units available due to the time of my moving which was a lie, I spoke to the office manager she said to fill application, once I was done she would make sure I got what I wanted and they would let me look at the apartment which was a lie. She waited right after I paid my risk fee and decided to tell me she didn't have any new units, They put me in one of the units, that ---- had so many roaches, I felt so ------- disrespected. People like that shouldn't have a job, and my neighbors have like 3 bags of trash outside their door since I moved In and they are still outside until this day 04/07/24 That's nasty feels like if you sat your trash outside your door for more 24hr they should find the tenant. I'm mean how can you blame the tenant look who running the office? Never again.

I think I have more questions about your situation. When assigned a unit, you should do a walk-through before signing your lease. Did this take place? Why did you agree to take that unit if you wanted an upgraded unit? Was it not possible to push your move-in date back for a unit that you desired? Each encounter with a potential resident is a learning opportunity. We learn best from an undesirable experience. I highly encourage you to place a work order through your portal for pest control to bomb your unit. And alert your manager about the trash in the breezeway being left. That does attract pests.                                     My experience has not been great. My apartment has water damage. It smells from the water when the carpet was soaked from a leak from upstairs. The never came to replace carpet or anything. It smells bad. I have tried everything to get the smell out but nothing is working. They claimed they replaced it but no one came by here the day they said they fixed the problem. They put the work order as complete and nothing has been done.

                                        I am leaving. When i first moved here this was a great place to live. Manchester at Wesleyan had gone downhill and I just pay too much money to have constant flooding in my apartment and no response/inadequate response to maintenance requests. The neighborhood has also changed. I have to worry about my mail being stolen out of my mailbox and the complex has had several instances of car break ins. Not worth it live here.

This new management is a little better but we still working on some things. They have addressed my rat issue with pest control but I want to be moved because they are in my ceiling now and that's where I feel pushed off because they have not made that happen and I've been dealing with this issue for a while.

                                                  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is only my 3rd place to I have stayed in Macon but definitely the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. They never pick up their phone, their voicemail is full and their emails never are answered!!! There are many reasons, when I initially moved in, my entire apartment was completely unfinished and unbelievably dirty. The stove was not ready, the internet connections were off, multiple lights were off, the fans in the apartment were both broken and the blinds for each of the rooms were also broken. The only reason I decided to stay here was because of the low price, which I now know is because this place is complete s**t. In addition to these problems, they refused to give me my mail key for 3 weeks. Mold had already been in my apartment but I did not know this until AFTER I became sick and thought it was due to COVID and had to take days off.
