DO NOT&#44; I REPEAT&#44; DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you a professional with high expectations and would like to come home to a quiet&#44; clean&#44; bug-free place this apartment complex is not for you! There is trashy&#44; low-life people who obviously don&#39;t care about the bug infestation&#44; the unclean apartment upon move-in&#44; nor the unruly kids running all over the place.  They need to take LUXURY off of the sign. I have lived in luxury apartments and this one IS definitely NOT!  The gate is constantly broken&#44; the breezeways are NASTY&#44; the leasing office agents are RUDE!  You will have additional roommates which are large&#44; what they call&#44; WATERBUGS!(which I think are big roaches) THEY ALSO HAVE HIDEOUS ceiling fans! I absolutely HATE it to the point where I want to break my lease! I have lived at the Villa Sonoma and St. Andrews at Perimeter very nice&#44; clean&#44; immaculate apartments.  THIS IS DEFINITELY A DOWNGRADE! I feel like I&#39;ve gone from Beverly Hills to the hood/trailer park! AWFUL! AWFUL!

CARRINGTON TRAILER PARK/HOOD

Carrington Green stinks...literally!  We have lived here for 7 months now and when we moved in we had such high expectations because on first glance the complex seems like a great place.  After the first couple weeks after we moved in we began to notice roaches outside and inside our apartment.  I clean every day and no food is left sitting out.  There is also trash and dog poop everywhere!!  The noise for the pool is ridiculous and we can very easily hear our upstairs neighbors conversations through the ceiling not to mention the fact that the walls facing the hallway/stairs are very&#44; very thin.  It just seems like a good portion of the people who reside here have little to no respect for others.  We have had rude experiences with management on several occasions.  We really just feel like second class citizens here and that we are living in a really unsanitary place.  For over $900/month (just for a one bedroom apartment) you would think things would be a little better taken care of.  

Don&#39;t move here unless you never want any peace and quiet. I get home from work and have to hear kids screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs while all the management does about it is say that.... we don&#39;t want the kids to have no options. Really? They play in the MIDDLE of the street and DO NOT move for cars. I have even called the police&#44; YES the police on them because they were so LOUD I could hear them over my tv with the windows closed. The reviews are right about this being the ghetto.... DON&#39;T move here!!! I am adding a picture of what I see and deal with from my apartment EVERY night. 

It is HELL

Since May 2015 I have resided at Carrington Green Apartments located in McDonough, Ga. I needed a one bedroom/one bath but because the two bedrooms/two baths were affordable I selected it.  I can honestly say I love my apartment. It is contemporary, spacious, well maintained and have very nice amenities.  
The ostumer service is great.   The staff is pleasant and very friendly.  They are eager to assist and maintenance request are handled promptly.  On a monthly basis resident receive a newsletter to inform them about up-coming required maintenance up-keep, apartment and community activities/events; and in addition there is a section for resident comments.  For me this is very important because it gives me a voice and shows that my feeing and concerns are valued.
This is not my first experience residing in an apartment.  One of my pet peeves is teenagers&apos; running around unsupervised and being loud. Since I have resided here I have seen teens but they have always been very polite and manner-able.

It has been a wonderful experience living in Carringtion Green Parkway. The staff is great and very friendly. Most of the neighbors do keep to themselves. Even though, I'm not renewing my lease I would definitely recommend this community.

Horrible. My vehicle has been broken into twice. The office continues to leave the gate open, which is when crime happens. I had to break my lease because my family is not safe here. The front office could care less about what's happening. They emailed me about a noise complaint, which wasn't even for me. I asked them to follow up, nothing. I've been stuck inside and outside of the complex because the gate has stopped working. I emailed corporate, no response. They don't clean the breezeways. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY.

I moved in here in March 2017 I really liked it here and the staff. Since the name changed so have the staff not to friendly as before breezeways stay dirty this new trash can on the breezeway makes more bugs and roaches sometimes it doesn't get picked up. The rent is to high I won't be here another year they tell me my rent is one price and it ends up higher every month. Noisey gate never works

Hate it! It's not what they pertrey. Not sure why yall didn't call but hey that's another story. Nothing about halson mcdonough is luxury. Ppl move out and u get roaches. They don't clean the breeze ways. Everyone in the office lies or they quit.
