We sincerely apologize for everything that you have experienced while living at Carrington Green. We will correct the issues at hand to help prevent any future occurrences from happening. 1) We sincerely apologize that you were inconvenienced by your rent being misplaced, as well as the misunderstanding for your pet deposit. 2 ) If your maintenance requests were not taken care of efficiently , please always call the office so that we can rectify the matter immediately. If it is an emergency and after hours we do have 24 hour maintenance that is available to all residents. 3) We do offer a referral program to all residents. If you are having issues with receiving your payment for them, please let us know so that we can ensure you are paid. We sincerely appreciate you sending us new neighbors! 4) We complete move-in inspections with all new residents. This is to ensure that everything is documented to ensure that you are not charged at the end of your lease for something a previous resident did. We are also available to do a move out inspection before your move out date to let you know if there is anything that could possibly keep you from receiving your deposit back. We believe in doing the right thing, and if you disagree with a charge, we are happy to discuss it with you in more detail. We truly are sorry you have not enjoyed your time at Carrington Green and would love the opportunity to make your last week with us a GREAT one!
