Staff is friendly and professional. Grounds are well kept. Neighborhood is quiet. Residents could be better about picking up after their pets, but management does a good job reinforcing their pet mess policy. Our apartment was very clean and ready to move in with new carpet.
Their maintenance staff is excellent! When I call the front office to request a service call, the office staff is kind and never makes me feel like I'm bothering them. We had some trouble with our dishwasher and when maintenance came to work on it, he said he would order us a new one. In the mean time, he got our faulty dishwasher working again. When it finally died, I placed another service order and he showed up to the front door with a new dishwasher ready to install. He took less than an hour and he did a thorough job...even cleaned the floor underneath before installing the new appliance.
We love the online option for paying our rent.
Residents use the dumpster area as their own personal junk service. I feel bad for management having to deal with piles of discarded furniture and appliances that people leave over the weekend. Management always works hard to get the dumped furniture out of sight.
This complex itself is a great place to live. My negative points in our stay here are because of the residents, not the management.
Giving 4 stars because it doesn't seem like it's the best value for the price.
Overall, we have really enjoyed living here!
