I like the location. Quick service for work orders . We need better lighting it out dated and very dim . my flooring need replacing due to a water leak years ago carpet coming from nails in flooring. need cork toilets just touch up from wear for years of being here . The walk-in access bothers me because I'm right at the front of the building and you can walk right up to my back door it's a bit scary .I love the size of the rooms and the layout is okay. Great closet space just no outside storage space. Friendly staff and maintenance is amazing.

Size of the appartment is good, accommodate king size bed in master and queen bed in other rooms.The location is close to all schools. The flowers and grounds and office staff is what sold me on this place years ago. I felt welcome and like I was valued as a customer.

Area good ,wish you were not able to walk on property because I like that it is gated.i would like more storage . And the porch is to easy to access by anyone walking in , that door doesn't make me feel safe for that reason
