I have enjoyed my apartment for the 2 years that I have been here and plan to stay for years to come. I am a senior citizen with 1 small dog and no children. I can't rate nearby schools, but shopping and eating places are abundant in the area. The location is convenient, but traffic can be a real problem. However, that can be said about anyplace in the metro Atlanta area. The apartment itself is spacious and well laid out. My apartment has an attached garage and I love that convenience. The staff here are friendly and efficient. The maintenance staff have always been quick to meet my needs. Overall this is a nice community to live in.
