Please note that at the time of your work orders, we were taking Covid 19 precautions in order to protect you and our staff, by not entering any units unless it was an emergency work order. We created an internal system that allowed us to close the work orders out of our system but keep in them in the order of which they were received, to complete when the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted.
