Overall the experience has been okay. We haven't had very many issues with the apartment itself but the people that work in the leasing office don't have great customer service skills and they aren't looking out for their residents. They use our parking lot for their equipment and they allow service workers to leave broken or unused appliances in our walkways for days. They shut down the pool for several weeks right before summer started and they take literal weeks to fix our gates when they break; which they breakdown at least every three weeks.
