Move in experience was very professional the staff was able to show us all the details and amenities. I do not have a dog so living in a community with untrained dogs and owners who can't or won't take the time to train them is challenging.

My girlfriend and I love our new home. We chose the Nevus floor plan and we are extremely satisfied with the space, modern finished and just beautiful home feeeling it gives. They are townhomes, but not your traditional, limited space and noisy homes.

The units are great, the community is great, and the location is fantastic. Those are the most important things when selecting an apartment. However, when something is wrong, the management team is completely unresponsive unless they need something from you. Great place to live as long as you don't expect responses to issues or questions.

My renters experience was nice and easy . I thought my old problem wouldn't allow me to rent but . It was explained I wasn't the only one and I took the chance. I've been here since June 2025 with no issues

Apartments are nice but they need better internet service,the internet hopes out at least one a month. They bill your utilities twice a month. So your rent is different monthly. Apartments are spacious and community is quiet

I love living at Tessa Jodeco. The office staff and maintenance are very nice. The community is in a prime location and convenient to get on and off the highway. I also love the pool area. The fact that it is heater blows most communities out of the water (no pun intended) If you are looking for home, this is it!

The community is easily assessible to I-75, dining and shopping. It is beautifully designed modern townhomes and Lakshmi has been amazing. The challenge is having an internet provider selected for you in your lease that is unstable with terrible customer service. The parking on the streets, which is not supposed to happen is not ideal and doesn't seem to be improving.
