In Love
I absolutely loved touring these apartments, Tiffany was very knowledgeable and made this process as easy and enjoyable as possible. My favorite part was being greeted by such great spirits and smiling faces.

Beautiful
[Incentivized Review] It is great the people and staff are nice and friendly the pool is great kid, friendly nice quiet smells good the gym is nice nice outside everything thing is beautiful I love it it is a great place to stay

The Weldon at broadstone
[Incentivized Review] Living at The Weldon at Broadstone has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I first toured the property, I could tell this wasn’t your average apartment complex—it felt like home. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. From the front office to maintenance, everyone goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed with modern finishes, open floor plans, and lots of natural light. I especially love the high ceilings and quality appliances—it feels luxurious without being over the top. The community is peaceful, beautifully landscaped, and always clean. Amenities are top-notch! The pool area feels like a private resort, the gym is well-equipped and never overcrowded, and the resident lounge is perfect for working from home or just relaxing. There’s a great sense of community here, but also plenty of privacy when you need it. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Whether I need to grab a coffee, run errands, or enjoy a night out, everything is just minutes away. Plus, it’s safe, walkable, and convenient. If you’re looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and a community that truly values its residents, The Weldon at Broadstone should be at the top of your list. I couldn’t be happier calling this place home!
