Racial Discrimination of Courtesy Officer? You Be The Judge!!
I had been a resident of the Preserve community for a year. The residents consist of a mixed population-Caucasian and African-American. I have noticed that when the Caucasian residents are in the pool area, dancing, drinking, jumping in the pool, etc. there is no problem. However, when the African-American residents are in the pool area doing the same, the courtesy officer, Warren Campbell, seems to "get complaints". Now, even if the complaints are actually being made by residents, what kind of complaints can you get for swimming, with guests and even small children out when the pool is allegedly open 24 hours? In this instance, the courtesy officer forced the African-American residents to leave the pool area and even called the police. The courtesy officer or the residents making false complaints seem to be biased against the African-American residents.

My 2 cents.
I'm starting the third month of living here at The Preserve in a 1-bedroom "Cherry" floor plan. As others have stated in reviews, the management/staff is, by far, the greatest disappointment at these apartments. I think prospective renters are so wow'd by the amenities and features, that the management quality largely goes unnoticed until after a lease has been signed. To give an example, I first walked into the leasing office on the 10th of the month to look at apartments, review prices, and fill out an application. I told the staff that I wanted to move in on Saturday, the 22nd, and was told it wouldn't be a problem. .. I didn't receive a for-sure approval from them until Friday the 21st at around 3:00pm while I was at work. Suffice it to say, I was late getting utilities turned on, moving arrangements made, renters insurance, etc. Aside from that, it's been pleasant here. The pool, gym, clubhouse area is very impressive. The pool grill could use some better maintenance; due to a wire broken off the igniter, I was forced to light the grill one night using a Zippo.… See More>anonymous

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
The Preserve at Greison Trail was awful! I had numerous problems with mold in my apt. My bathroom floor was redone about 3 times and it was still wrong. They had to redo my carpet in my closet and the wall had mold all in it! Management took their sweet time fixing this problem, or half---- fixing it. The washer and dryers are cheap my dryer was always messed up and not drying and making the worst SQEAKING noise ever!!! I hated living there!! I wouldn't recommend moving here!

I love my new home!
I moved here from out of state, relocating for my job, several months ago. I have been nothing but satisfied with the community. The apartments have a lot of space and are beautiful. I moved from a very nice house and my biggest concern about moving into an apartment was losing my way of living. I can honestly say that I could not have come any closer to the comforts of home. I was also concerned about the type of people I would have surrounding me in an apartment community. I am happy to report that my neighbors are great. I have not met one person that I have not liked. As far as the office staff is concerned, Megan was my leasing consultant. She was more helpful and personable than I could have ever asked for. Tommy is the maintenance man. His work and personality are both awesome. There was an obvious team effort brought to the table during my move in. After looking at this website it is very certain that not many people post anything positive. It is vary sad that people focus so much on the negative; however, I have nothing negative to say about… See More>carmend

What a beautiful place.
I recently moved in after relocating from another apartment in Newnan. My old apartment was nice, but older. My old stove had a broken handle, the refrigerator had dents, and the pool was crumbling. Now, I pay less rent and live in a brand new apartment. It has nice carpet, new appliances, and the pool looks like something out of a magazine. Have had no problems with the apartment at all, and the staff has all been nice. They all introduced themselves and made me feel at home when I visited. The maintenance man stopped by after I moved in to make sure everything was orderly and to see if I had any questions. I would recommend The Preserve at Greison Trail.

Great floor plans, Horrible Management
The floor plans are Great. The people that live here are very friendly. However, you can never use the amenities unless its 9-5. The location is in a very BAD part of town. This community said it was totally gated when we moved here. Yeah, right. Anyone can walk through and enter these apartments. And the property manager doesn't care about the residents at all. She is rude and unprofessional. However if you only care about the apartment.....its great. However, there is no safety precautions and in between two section 8 housing. DONT MOVE HERE
