I moved here from out of state&#44; relocating for my job&#44; several months ago. I have been nothing but satisfied with the community. The apartments have a lot of space and are beautiful. I moved from a very nice house and my biggest concern about moving into an apartment was losing my way of living. I can honestly say that I could not have come any closer to the comforts of home. I was also concerned about the type of people I would have surrounding me in an apartment community. I am happy to report that my neighbors are great. I have not met one person that I have not liked. As far as the office staff is concerned&#44; Megan was my leasing consultant. She was more helpful and personable than I could have ever asked for. Tommy is the maintenance man. His work and personality are both awesome. There was an obvious team effort brought to the table during  my move in. After looking at this website it is very certain that not many people post anything positive. It is vary sad that people focus so much on the negative; however&#44; I have nothing negative to say about this community.

The entrance to the complex is just lovely. The complex won an award a few years ago because of the greenery on the leasing office grounds. Once you pass the gate, it&apos;s a little bit of a different story. Dead flower bushes and pet feces littering the grassy areas (despite the FEW pet cleanup stations around the complex) meet your eyes way more often than not. Seriously, don&apos;t walk in the grass, you will step on poop. The groundskeepers are doing a better job at keeping the shrubs trimmed and the grass alive. 
The pool is very nice, but make sure you understand your lease before trying to use it or have friends over to use it. The amenities are nothing extraordinary, especially considering you&apos;ll be paying about $200 more for half of what other complexes offer. I do love that there are laundry appliances in the units; I&apos;m not a fan of communal laundry rooms. 
The complex does have a front gate, but it&apos;s pretty pointless as the rest of the complex attached to the main road is not gated. There is a wide open area a little past the front gate that cars like to drive down to get into the complex when they can&apos;t get through the front gate. My fiancÃ© has almost been hit twice by cars driving over the sidewalk. The lack of a fence wouldn&apos;t be so much of a concern if it weren&apos;t for the surrounding neighborhood. The makeshift driveway is situated right across the street from a sketchy BP gas station. The other complexes in the area are not gated and have had reports of in-home robberies and car thefts, so I&apos;d think this complex would invest in all around security instead of just the consolation gate at the true entrance to the complex.
The management company was changed a month after we moved in and we have had nothing but issues. The manager admitted that the craftsmanship of the buildings was not &quot;up to par&quot; so, invest in some ear plugs. You will hear your neighbors every move, upstairs, and you&apos;ll probably hear your downstairs neighbor banging on your ceiling. The complex is right next to a heavily used round-about so, expect to hear lots of traffic (honking, firetrucks, ambulances) at all hours of the day and night. The units facing the roads lack any kind of noise-cancelling attributes so, again, invest in ear plugs. 
Since the change, 3 to 4 months ago, our online resident portal has been a nightmare. Forget about being able to pay online. I tried it once, it didn&apos;t take the payment and I ended up getting hit with fees that the complex insisted was my fault. 
If you are a parent, you might want to look elsewhere. There is no playground or play area for the kids (seeing that all of the grassy areas are covered in dog feces) and with the way that the residents drive through the complex, I&apos;d be nervous to let my child walk around without me. 
Recently, a breed restriction was enacted, which would explain why the complex looks a lot emptier than it did when I moved in. I&apos;ll say that I am very happy that it isn&apos;t as hard to find parking, anymore. Although, now, my service animal misses his buddies. 
If you absolutely can&apos;t find more for less, this is not a bad option, at all. This review should help you avoid some of the headaches we encountered to make it more of a pleasant experience. But, if you can avoid it, do. The complex is going down and I&apos;m breaking my lease to save my sanity and some money?.

I&apos;ve been here 2 years. It is going downhill with new management this year.  The pictures is how our pool looks on a daily basis since CFLane management took over and our pool is open year round.  There is a mold problem in all buildings.  I moved from one mold issue apartment to another one in a different building.  The clubhouse is closed often with no warning.  It&apos;s very unpredictable when you can use it but of course you have to continue paying for it.  The manager is rude and unconcerned with any issue presented to her. She takes your issues personally which is very unprofessional. There&apos;s been several break ins lately and they tried to hide it from the residents. It takes maintenance weeks to respond to issues.  There is dog feces all over the place. No place for kids to play. No parking unless you get home by 5:00pm or live at the bottom building.

Renovations are needed to improve the apartments. The staff are only concerned about the property itself and not the tenants. Itâ€™s very difficult to get any repairs done. Please donâ€™t waste your time moving into this apartment complex.
