I would never refer someone to move here. I can hear the people above me all the time. The walls are paper thin. At the point that I can hear them drop the toilet seat&#44; or I know when they flush the toilet&#44; are in the shower&#44; or are on the toilet...I can&#39;t call that luxury. It took me MONTHS to get someone to come out to my apartment to spray for ants. I had called SEVERAL times to be put on the list&#44; but somehow I never was. 
Communication seems to be a REAL problem for them. They&#39;re really nice&#44; until you sign the lease&#44; then everyone in the office turns into jerks to deal with. I did a referral for them once&#44; never again. They told my friend one thing&#44; then tried to charge her another. I was suppose to get a $400 referral fee after she paid her first months rent&#44; which she did...I never got it. 
And parking sucks. The way they have the parking lots designed makes it a nightmare if you come home after 5 pm. Over all? Not my idea of luxury&#44; wish I had known about this before we signed a 13 month lease for almost $1k a month!!

Luxury- HA!

I have been hear a half of yr. And i have seen the projects with better up keep than this.. Normal cares less about you if your not Hispanic. The ground are neglected.. I went to visit my friends and they have had a mattress and box spring outside there apartment since last Weekday and today is Monday and the Mexicans next door to her have just added trash... If your homeless i understand..but if you are a clean person please consider not now...

After reading the reviews on here I&#39;m not real sure what these people are talking about. Often times people don&#39;t take responsibility for their own actions and when they don&#39;t hear what benefits them the most they choose to lash out on websites like this one as if they were children. I&#39;ve lived here for 4 years and never had a problem with my apt. or the office staff(other than normal maintenance issues which was taken care of in a timely manner). I would recommend this comminity to friends&#44; family&#44; co-workers&#44; ect.

by far &#34;THE BEST&#34; apartment community!!!

In three words : smell, dirt, cockroaches. We moved into the apartment 1022 and left it 5 days later. If you remove the dirt, the smell and the cockroaches it would be a nice place to live. When we arrived, the smell of this apartment was awful even with the attempt to cover it with a lot of scent before our move in (we learnt later that a professional steamer came to clean). It was a smell of dirt, cigaret and dog. The apartment was overall dirty, a lot of dog hair (picture), pantries and closet were dirty and dusty. After the first day, we went to the management to let them know that we were not happy with the smell and they told us that &quot;they were sorry it was not at our standards&quot;. So we thought we were too sensitive at first and went back to the apartment and tried to clean to make it our standards. We scrubbed the pantries and removed a lot of dog hair, we also scrubbed the floors twice this first day. On our second day, after 1 hour barefoot our feet were black and disgusting (picture). We ended up manually scrubbing the floors with wash cloth and hot water and the result was a brown disgusting water for 10 sq ft of floor (picture). The breaking point was when at the beginning of our third night we saw 2 massive (half a hand) cockroaches crawling up the walls (picture). Now let&apos;s talk about the management. Sierra welcomed our remarks with condescendance making us doubt of &quot;our standards&quot;. Then Tanya was really sorry of our situation and tried to make it work offering the professional steamer to come a second time to remove the smell and clean. She also proposed another apartment in the complex. In the end they tried to work with us, but we are still wondering why the management tried to rent this apartment in the first place ? Today we left the complex and had to wash all our clothes to remove the smell, even our dressers (wood) still smell like this apartment.
