living conditions
This community has changed. There are a different calibur of people moving in, as if management has lowered their expectations and just decided to make sure that all units are filled. Children no longer have curfews on school nights, which is awful. The stairways and breezeways are filthy and need to be painted. People who are paying market value for these units are placed with people who receive discounts (based on your income) and some of their level of taking care of the property is not as you would have it. Cars are speeding by with loud music, going through the exit side because they probably don't live there or just plain out dont't care. There is no type of security. Children are setting small fires in units and wooded areas, parents are involved in the fighting of children. The laundry room floors and tops of the washing machines and dryers are filthy. I have seen cleaner public laundry units. This apartment does not due inspections, nor do they spray for insects, whether you accept or decline, this service is not offered. Policeman stay at this apartment usually in the same building for domestic or loitering (alcohol excessiveness), and children fighting. This has really turned into a poorly managed community. They should consider employing a person from all races, to maybe help make a difference in this muli-racial community. Please don't move here if you a person of value, respect, and morals.Share This Review
