Great place to live and the staff are great too! If ever anything needs fixed or repaired, action is taken quickly, based on the severity of the work order. High priority issues (leaks, Air Conditioner), are taken care of immediately, even on the weekends. Grounds are kept up and on going maintenance seem to be the normal process for the Maintenance team. The Office Staff informs residents and keeps them informed of issues that arise, that impact the apartment community. The Villas is very community conscious and gets the complex involved with community awareness projects, such as food drives, coat drives, and other local community charity drives. I have an apartment which is the best of both worlds. Walk in level, but the porch sits on the second floor! What more could you ask for.
