Pleased with YOUR Staff

I have resided here for almost one year, April 7th is the date I moved in. I choose this complex for several reasons: (1) The appearance of the office buildig and the exquisite decoration throughtout. (2) The landscape (love trees and especially LOVE seeing the flowering trees in bloom (which brings me to the question.... WHY, WHY are the japanese maple, or other flowering trees being uprooted?? one was removed from my view from my bedroom window and I was sad and miss seeing it bloom. Great that you are planning on putting in sprinkler systems for grass and other shruberies, but please do not remove anymore flowering trees. (3) Like theh layout of the apartments, well my two bedroom with the view of the tall evergreen trees from my balcony and the quietness where I do not hear my neighbor. (4) Your office staff are very personable, friendly, businesslike, courteous and professional to me from the day I walked in here. Sharon was the person worked with me when I came to visit and she was very thorough. Your manager, Tonya is very hard at work each time I see her, she even takes work home deligently and a great asset to your property. Whenever I have a problem they respond and it is taken care of within a day. Tim,your maintenence manager if very good at his job, works it seems around the clock, as I have seen him on Sundays and holidays taking care to get the garbage down the shoot from top of the ledge and he is always welcoming regardless of what job he is doing. Your other staff in the office part-time and full time you should be proud of as your front end people. Always busy, well dressed... I appreciate their coordination in dress code and colour choices... pleasant to the eyes. (5) I an go on indefinately about your staff but I have to move on to task at hand. I once told Tonya and Sharon that the only reason I would move is if the rent increases more than I can afford.... not because of their services! On the other hand, speaking of rent increase, I am aware that this si a renter's market as most people are loosing their homes or the market just doesn't lends itself for the average family to purchase a home even a beginners home especially in Georgia. I have had an opportunity to visit other complexes within this vicinity and Peach Tree City, and the Vinings and their rent for a two bedroom with Peach Tree complex offering garbage pick up from your apartment door for no money - a plus in my book; yet I would like to remain in my apartment at least one more 14 months if the rent is reviewed. All siad and done... I appreciate your office and maintenance staff very much.
