These are the nastiest apartments I've ever lived in. I've seen ------'s that look better than this. The roaches are rampant here. They say they spray, ha. I've seen the exterminator come and "spray". He comes about once every 6 months and spray's the wall of the outside of the building with a light quick spray once and walks away. He does not cover the cracks, nor the apartments. The management are the rudest bunch of liars I have ever met in my life. They sit there and say one thing and then change it the next month. Oh and if you want a bunch of fees for no reason, come here! You'll get tons of those! Late on your rent by one hour? Expect a 50 to 100 dollar late fee! WOO HOO! According to some of the maintenance men, the office is known for shredding work orders when they get them. So if you need anything fixed, you're on your own. Maintenance works on the grass more than they'll EVER work to repair your apartment. Oh and amenities? What amenities? There are none. The gate is always broken, the pool is disgusting when it actually is open, the laundry room and gym is non functioning, and there is NO security. Unless you call cops coming in every night to break up fights or arrest people for drugs as security. Check this place out at night before you EVER consider renting. Trust me though, if you have kids or you aren't into drugs and fighting, STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS TRASH HEAP OF A PLACE. Do not let the front building fool you, WALK INTO BUILDING FOUR and look at the walls, the cracks, the mold, and blood on the ground and you'll see that this place isn't for you.
