Lived in my apt for 1 year. I could not wait until my lease was up.The staff will smile in your face,until you sign that lease. DO NOT DO IT! It's a mess here the staff sre liars they do not keep up with maintenance issues. I had a problem with my refrigerator it was freezing all of my food at the bottom. The dumb maintenance man turns down my refrigerator, so it could melt the ice. But yet my food was spoiling. That was his way of "fixing" it.This went on until I moved Or they would just clean the ice up at the bottom then leave. The mold is horrible here. Do not allow the staff to make you believe that this is normal.They will slap that lease back in your face when you complain about the mold, it was all on my clothes, shoes ceiling, doors,windows, my children had bad,bad, colds that year that I do believe came from the mold and mildew.Well you signed the lease, basically what their saying. Im telling you DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE!! When you leave their unit they try to find every thing wrong with it, even the maintenance issues you complained about, even though they didnt fix them.Keep copies of the maintenance reports. IM telling you their, Greasy. This is the only way youll have proof when you leave.Do NOT SIGN THAT LEASE!Dont get mad at nobody but yourself if you do!
