I relocated from out of state to accept a job in Atlanta in 2007. My coworkers recommended the city of Newnan so I began my search for an apartment. The Villas at Newnan Crossing stood out as the finest apartment complex in the area. I never intended to remain in an apartment this long but the complex is as fine as they come and the staff is wonderful. I enjoy walking in and around the complex after a stressful day at work. If anything breaks or needs maintenance I send the office staff an email or call them and everything is repaired quickly. I come home to find a work order on my counter and everything is as good as new. The complex is gated and staff members live on site so there is security and adult supervision at all times. The Security Manager is a uniformed Newnan Police Officer that lives on site and regularly holds townhall meetings and gets to know the residents. We don't have to deal with undiresible behavior, noise, or the usual disturbances that traditionally accompany apartment living. The weight room and pool area are always clean and tidy. There are annual pool parties and get together's for the kids. It's obvious the complex is well managed because there is very little turnover in the staff. The complex is located close to interstate 85 near lots of resturants and stores. I enjoy all the comforts of home but without the hassles. The Villas is a great apartment complex.
