I have lived here for 10 months and have had little to no issues. I send in maintenance requests via the resident portal, call in, or actually stop by the office. My requests are always met within a very fast time frame, usually the next day. The staff is always very nice and are always willing to help. I had an issue with my mailbox and an office worker, (name not disclosed), came right out to the mailbox area and fixed it for me herself. I may be mistaken, but I believe there are 8 buildings...maybe 10. Either way, half of the buildings are "lower income" and rent is lower based on people's income. The other half are I guess what you would call, "regular rent." I have noticed a difference in the types of tenants in the "lower income" buildings and the "regular rent" buildings. The people in my building are always very nice and I feel very safe here being a female living on my own. The complex is very "kid friendly" as I see every day kids playing in the middle area with each other and adults. I have never had any issues with the kids, with the exception of them yelling at each other to "come here" or bouncing a basketball in the breeze way every now and then. But when that happens, there parents are always there to correct them and tell them to either come inside or step outside the breeze way. I read several of the most recent reviews on here and I have no clue what people are talking about. Yea, the trash compactor my break and trash is placed outside of the compactor, but that is because people will put non-compactor items in the compactor causing it to break temporarily. And when this happens, people are quick to not report the issue to the office and just place their disgusting trash outside of it and leave it there. However, the office will have the people come fix it as soon as they know it is broken. And yes, the gate is often left open either by choice of management or because it is broken. Again, they have it fixed very quickly. And with any gated community you will have this issue because people like to tailgate other cars to get in without a key card. I've rambled on enough, but I just felt like things needed to be cleared up. I really enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone.
