We were renters for a year and loved it. We didn't have to pay much to move-in (not even an entire months rent), and got most of it back when we moved out. The girls in the office were fantastic. They stayed on top of things and got to any issues we had in a timely manner. The maintenance guys were great too. We had a few issues with our apartment but whenever we called, they sent the guys out the same day to take care of it. The grounds are well kept, the other tenants were quiet, and Newnan was a great city. The only reason we moved was because my wife and I are expecting and needed to be closer to grandma & grandpa in Atlanta. Of all the places in Newnan to rent apartments, The Villas are by far the best overall. They were in a great area, a great price range, and always felt safe.
