I've lived here 7 months and while I do not have much apartment living experience I have been beyond satisfied living here. Any maintenance issues have been immediately resolved and the staff has always treated me as a customer whom they value. I've also always received a follow-up call to make sure things had been done properly. I've never been expected to just live with something I found unacceptable as they have always responded ASAP and offered a suitable resolution. they knew me by name almost immediately and always greeted me that way, along with a smile. Overall the service and attention was more than I expected.
As long as you are able to reasonably understand and accept what comes with apartment living (i.e., occasional noise, thumping, sharing parking spaces, etc.) you will be completely happy here. They provided activities for the families on a regular basis, and really keep it clean and well-maintained. They inform you ahead of time about cleaning services such as power washing, and regularly cut grass and care for the plants and flowers. I would live here again without hesitation.
