Not as good as there word
I moved in these new apartments in July 2005. They had so many perks. FREE afterschool care!. Which school started August 8th and if I remember correctly they finally got someone for the program in late September. Then In October she quit and they still havent replaced her with anyone yet. Which today is the 2nd of JANUARY. When you move into a place like that and expect to have free childcare you really dont budget an extra $100-$150 a week in Childcare. Then I get a letter saying that at the end of my lease I have to move cause they are turning mine and several other buildings into Condo's. Which was fine untill I seen several new people moving into MY BUILDING! I mean if I have to move in a few months why are they continuing to lease the apts! The Maintence staff was prompt but they came to fix my door, took the door and I had to call 3 weeks later to ask them to bring my cildrens bedroom door back. Which is comming off the hindges again and the knobs throughout the hole place have to be tightened weekly. The grounds were really pretty when I moved in but if I walk behind my apt in ankle high in water. No drainage system what so ever. They have only been in operation around a year and already Managment change!! Which the office staff block all her calls when you try to contact her! The apartments are big and beautiful. Except for the fact this is the only complex that I have seen that doesnt have a patio.. One way in and One way out. Also was very ethically diversed when I moved in and now that isnt the case. When you look at this place dont be fooled. After you visit this place I advise you to keep on Searching!Share This Review
