This place is awful
When I moved in there was a deposit, application fee, and a holding fee! All of those fee's totaled $300. This was my first renting experience and I hate it. This place is based on income? Really cause after I lost my job I called the leasing office and talked to the property manager and said it didn't matter what my pay was now, they would base my rent on what I qualified for when I moved in, EVEN IF MY INCOME WAS LESS, IT DIDN'T MATTER. That's some kind of income based property if you ask me. The people below me are always screaming and yelling at their children. Speaking of children, they are ALWAYS IN THE STREET WITH NO PARENTAL SUPERVISION. The gates open and close yes, but they send out letters asking you not to go in the exit gate when coming into the complex, yet they leave that gate open 97% of the time. And cleaning the apartments before another tenant comes in, I don't believe they do that. I'm not sure if the people before me smoked in the apartment or if they were just dirty because I can't walk barefoot in my own apartment without getting black stuff all over my feet. Speaking of the tenant before me, the complex is trying to charge me electric and utility bills from the months BEFORE ME!!!! Needless to say I'm completely unhappy with this apartment complex. LOOKS ARE DECEIVING, VERY.Share This Review
