A new community so there are updated fixtures in the units. However, it is typical of a 2020-2024 new build--not good build quality wise. I gave the security an average review because there is only one entrance with fob access. Some of the other exterior doors are locked, some are open. I and others have spoken with management about it but *shrugs*. The management has definitely improved since they opened and only had 1 person on staff. They are very attentive to the emails and are helpful. I would say the management is the best part of living here so far. Personally, I think $1800 is too much for these units.

Great area and location. Walking distance to many places. (Less than one mile) The apartments are beautifully laid out and grounds well maintained. Amenities galore. Like being on vacation everyday in a luxury destination.

Noise from the tenants above me is constant stomping around early and late hours playing music and what sounds like dragging furniture around. It is not easy to have guests there is no butterfly access on the door that serves guest parking they have to walk to the opposite side of the property to enter the building. There should be a butterfly Mx control box on the door next to guest parking.

In this day and age of severely lacking customer service, Broadstone Peachtree Corners provides top notch service. I am picky, ask a million questions, and can be "a lot". I know this, I own it. I don't care. It serves me well in my business and personal life, but can be hard for folks to deal with. The staff at Broadstone was patient with me, kind, and always helpful. I'm happy with my unit for the most part (water pressure in shower could be better, but I also have a headful of thick curls. It could be fine for others). Amenities are excellent! I love that the gym is open 24/7 and the hours for the other amenities are more than adequate. Staff keeps the common areas clean and in great condition. Parking has been easy thus far and I hope it continues to be so. I also love seen all the doggies around. They brighten up my day! I am very happy with my decision to move into this lovely community.

I toured this property in late June/early July and absolutely loved it! I showed up without an appointment and, even though they were slammed, Brittany let me see the model units. I made a second appointment to tour the amenities. But, to be honest, I really didn't need a second tour - I was sold on the property the first time. Speaking of the amenities, the club house, gym, game room and pool are just beautiful. I love the on-site coffee shop and the parking deck! The interior corridors were a must for me - this place checked all of my boxes! In my 1 bdrm unit, the washing machine/dryer are in the closet - which is so convenient! I love being here. The complex is quiet, clean and I feel like I'm in a luxurious hotel.

Been a resident since December 23. Love it here beautiful property and amenities. Floor plans are spacious and modern. All new appliance but you must furnish your own apartment. Would totally recommend compared to other options

Great place to live but the security is not safe at all. I like the neighbors that I have met so far , but it is a little uneasy when random people are able to walk into the building without needing access to a door. The side doors are always open and a homeless man walked in a few days ago and was just in the halls. It was uneasy. I think we need to get locked doors for the side doors for more safety to the residents.

Broadstone is a good community to live in. Aside from the amenities not being ready for use, it’s overall a great place to live. It’s safe and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Glad I chose this place.

Charming apartments with luxury interiors!

Toured the property last week with the leasing agent, Brittany. She was very bubbly and personable. She took me around the top floor and showed me some options I really liked. The units are not the biggest overall, but they are allocated well. The finishes are also top notch in comparison to other properties in the area. There are not as many new buildings in Peachtree Corners so I am happy this one is opening. I leased my unit and can't wait to move in soon. This seems like it will be a great place to live. Both Brittany and her manager are very knowledgeable and you can tell they already care about other people moving in. The manager, Randall followed up with me after I submitted my application to check on me and recommended some movers. Check these out, you will not be disappointed!
