I moved in from out of state. The pictures are exactly what you get. I reccomend other military families making this a place called home. The office staff was knowlegable and easy to reach. I want to also say the property manager is on top of her job, she treats you the way she wants to be treated. I have been here 7 months and I do noy regret it.

Fake reviews + Terrible staff

No hot water for weeks in the winter. They harass you everytime you use the amenities which is why nobody uses them. They change rules and charge more last minute and expect you to pay. The black lady at the front desk has a disgusting attitude! Do not live here!

Be careful and pay attention (savage)

Be careful at the place. Yes they have new owners, but they don’t care nothing about your living , just the money. They have someone to work grounds( pick up trash but he’s a drug head. They have no maintenance person and it’s just straight savage around there. The grounds guy try to fix little stuff but be careful and watch your things. Property manager not from around here and she don’t know, she green and don’t know ---- about managing properties. If you tour, ask to see the maintenance room. They are so unorganized and stuff is everywhere. Ask questions and see for yourself. In the past month, people has quit and can’t work their under their management. Do your research before you sign the lease. Grounds guy carries a little gun around and makes staying there uncomfortable, but has a warrant, ask the young ladies in 13 D. They just move there and they ready to move out. They will tell you they don’t want the grounds guy around them.

I have visit the office recently,Mrs.Baker was knowledgeable and very nice,she is a peoples person and always smiling.I will recommend this Apartment Complex because of Mrs.Baker personality.The ladies in the office truly nice. The location is closer to where I work.

The ladies in the office truly make you feel like you're at home. There is a Maintenance guy who has been here for years which makes me feel very comfortable when he comes to do a service request. The location is ideal because I work downtown and it is less than two miles away. The value for what you pay for is great.

My boyfriend and I moved in a month ago. We both hate it here. On move in day we were scheduled to move in at 10 am, but unfortunately they were still working on the apartment and installing new floors. We didn't end up moving in until 6pm and had to rush because our uhaul truck was due back the next day! When we finally got all of our stuff moved in we went to unpack in the kitchen and as you can see in the pictures, they were disgusting. There was no way we were going to put our FOOD in there. We also found mold underneath the sink in the bathroom and no smoke detector. We have been on the phone, email, and in the office every week for the past four weeks and nothing has been done. It's ridiculous how unprofessional they are here. We even talked to the property manager face to face. It's been a month since we first talked with them and showed the pictures. Nothing has been done about it. I rarely write any reviews but I felt the need to on this one to warn anyone else not to get stuck here like we are. We are still living out of our boxes for all of our kitchenware and food... which makes it extremely difficult to even make a meal for ourselves.

-- this place. 5 ceiling leaks with a year. 3 of which have been bc the workers upstairs turned on AC and there was no runoff for it so it leaked down. And the other 2 are from bathroom where they dumped water down drain and it wasn't hooked up so sat on our ceiling. Still have not completely fixed and it's been 5 months. Gunshots in area bc of argument..walls paper thin. People ----- stomp upstairs. Always have weed smell and comes from under front door. Front desk never answers phone and say they have a voicemail but dont. DO NOT RENT HERE! These ----- cheap labor workers dont know how to renovate or fix anything ----- thing!

I had a nice apartment which was kept up well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The maintenance was pretty good, and they were nice. I really liked to property, which had a lot of space and was kept up well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice home that is not a lot of money.
