The apartments were very clean and the staff was amazing. The process wasn't too difficult. Only part I didn't like was the pet screening. Due to it being run by a third party, their rules were a bit different. I love the amenities and everything that's included in my rent. Valet trash is a bonus and not something I'm used to, but I'm getting the hang of it. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here.

My wife and I couldn't have been more happy with our move to Statesboro from Texas. The staff helped answer all of our questions, fill out our application, and schedule our move and made it feel effortless.

Everything is nice looking and clean. The amenities are amazing, we love the gym and can't wait to use the pool. The staff has been really helpful from the office staff to maintenance staff. We really enjoy living here.

Very knowledgeable about the business and Very helpful with questions that come up. The tour was a great overlook of the facilities. Having a storage area for extra things is an awesome idea. Not all apartments share this feature.
