Horrible apartment
This apartment is a very horrible place to live. It’s completely unlivable and poorly managed from top to bottom. Most residents have experienced flooding due to constant water leaks, and the property does nothing to fix it. The grass is so overgrown it looks like it hasn’t been cut in over a year – it’s a total eyesore and a breeding ground for pests. Even worse, there are no working fire extinguishers anywhere in the complex. That’s not just negligence – it’s a serious safety hazard. The property manager is never in the office, and anytime you try to reach out for help, you’re met with silence or excuses. It’s impossible to get anything done. Management clearly doesn’t care about the residents’ safety, comfort, or well-being. While noise isn’t an issue – no loud parties or music – that’s about the only positive thing I can say. And frankly, peace and quiet don’t mean much when your apartment is falling apart around you. Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place. It’s unsafe, unclean, and completely mismanaged. I regret ever signing a lease here.
