It is a pretty nice neighborhood!

I love Mountain Crest. I move here a year ago and the management, the maintenance, and the litehouse center is resident-friendly. You must apply for these now or else you are missing this opportunity as a resident here. The landscaping has a catchy look and the neighborhood is a clean place. Even the apartment is nice. If you are one of those people who like to be in a small neighborhood then this is not the place for you. But if you are that person who is a neighborhood lover then stop by and receive that price you are missing.

No No No!!!

Everytime it rains my apartment floods. My neeighbor moved out before her lease ended because this place is horrible. Thank God my lease ends soon. People hang out and try to sell you drugs all day long. If anything brakes after business hours then forget about getting someone to come out and fix it. You have to just wait until the next day. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!!

LIES FRM THE OFFICE

THIS PLACE IS STILL B.A.D. WE HAVE BEEN HERE OVER 6 MONTHS AND ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE LOOK LIKE AND ACT LIKE CURRENT GARDEN TOOLS. THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING THE POLICE ARE HERE DRIVING BY 3 TIMES A DAY. THERE IS DOG POO EVERYWHERE KIDS IN THE ROAD, TRASH OVERFLOWING. BOTTOM LINE IF YOU WANT A NICE PLACE DONT MOVE HERE! XOXO

Great Services

The management team has been amazing to the resident service here. Whatever I need fix in my apartment they will fix it right away. They also keep the property very clean and organized and their Lite House Program is great. The kids love coming to the center everyday for the after-school program. I'll give them an A . I love it here.

Unprofessional Management

I was visiting a friend yesterday 6/3/09 and the manager of the leasing office called her and basically I could hear their conversation. Not to go into details, but the woman on the other end did not let my friend give her details about what she wanted her to know and then the woman flipped it by telling my friend that my friend was yelling at her and she was hanging up now. She was a very rude, unprofessional person that thinks just because you are telling someone that you are hanging up on them makes it okay. What would have made it okay was for her to listen, keep her big mouth shut and just listen. My friend was not yelling at her, but probably raised her voice a little 'cause that big mouth wouldn't shut up!!! I told my friend, I'm sorry, but I'm definitely putting your complex management office on blast!!! My friend didn't want to give me her name, but I know she's the manager at Mountain Crest Apartments in Stone Mountain... Don't move there!!!

Love It!!!

I can say, Mountain Crest is a great place to live. I love my apt. and the staff there is just wonderful. I see myself here for a long time, or until I buy myself a house and get marry (LOL). I love it and you will to. Go check it off.

It's a joke, living here. It's like living in the twight light zone..

I really do sucks living here. i have been living here for a year and a half and pretty much regret making that decision to renew my lease. I also have moved from NYc and this is far more worst than living over there. The shootings are terrifying, the weed smoking and selling is out of control. Parents letting their kids run wild all over with no supervision. I mean don't get me wrong NYC is not heaven ,but it sure seems that way compare to here. It is horribe, Roaches to run the show, when you request something fixed, it takes a long time to get done, The staff is like "duh or something" they keep changing staff members like they do there underwear. You constantly have to be a bother to get something resolved. think Ny is full of slum lords, well the staff here just took the cake on that. Maybe the staff is following orders from the higher ups but they sure seem like they don't care.The pool, is a joke, My child begs to go in it, but the pool is green after 1 day maybe 2. This year it was only open probably 14-21 days out of the entire summer. I really can't wait to get the hell out of there. I'm not one to keep moving around all over, i like being stable but i can't stand any more of this nonsense here at Mountain Crest.

Don't do it...if you care about your life!

I have lived here for 1 year, and my lease is about to be up (Thank you Jesus!) I moved from NY,and I thought that it was bad there. The roaches will run you out of that place! The staff new staff seems to be okay, but that will not make me stay.I have witness about 10 shoot outs since I have been here. Thank God that I don't have kids, because I would have been left. The rapper Lil Scrappy got stabbed over there last month,and the management did not send out a letter to let the tenants know about it. A little girl was raped the early part of this year by some man out there. That complex is messed up! I am packing as I type this....please don't move out here, there is better complexes than Mountain Crest.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

THERE'S TEENAGERS HANGING OUT IN THE COMPLEX ESPECIALLY IN MY BLDG.THERE HAS BEEN 4 DIFFERENT PROPERTY MANAGERS SINCE IVE BEEN THERE..THE HALLWAY IS DISGUSTING..THE WALLS IN MY APT ARE SPLITTING..THE BATHROOM TILE HAS SO MUCH GLUE AND MILDEW FROM THEM CONSTANTLY PUTTING GLUE ON THE TILES TRYING TO KEEP THEM TOGETHER..THE POOL OPENED UP 3 WEEKS AGO..THE SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER..THE TILE AROUND THE POOL IS COMING UP..I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS... THERE'S WEED BAGS AND TRASH ALL THROUGHT THE WALKWAY'S...THERES NO SCREENS IN THE APT..

The maintenance is horrible, the security is a joke, and the roaches run the place. Spend the money and get you a better apartment place! This is not worth a penny. Save Yourself!

BUYER BEWARE!

I absolutely agree with everything eles said so far. This place is horrible from the office staff to the maintence. I can say that the one with dreads is very nasty as if she owns the property and as for the maintence- be glad they showed up!!! and the roaches are plenty and they act unconcern about the infestation of them.

maintanence were very slow. one time he had showed me how to fix something so that he wouldnt have to come back if it broke again! management very poor!
