This used to be a very good place to live. The grounds were kept up. No dog poop and bushes were always trimmed and neat. No selling of drugs and you could breathe in the breezeways. Work orders were handled promptly. New prospective renters were checked out before signing lease. We had good security. Now mail boxes have been broken into several times. You never see on site security out and about.

Quiet with well kept grounds. Small community (only 7 buildings); property tucked out of site from main road. Convenient to 285 and 78 with a plethora of stores / restaurants nearby. A highly recommended option.

My experience at this community has been okay overall. A lot of changes have been made since I've been here...not all good changes. Nothing is offered to residents that have been here a long time, units remain the same, no upgrades, new carpet, blinds, professional carpet clean, touch up painting. However each time lease renewal comes around the price increases. Totally dissatisfied with that. Breezeway and stairwells are beyond filty. They need to be maintained at least every six months.

I have been living here since 2022 and it’s a great community to live. Management and Maintenance staffs are excellent. Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Love it here and I DO RECOMMEND Avana Twenty9 to anyone that is look to live in a safe community.

It’s been nice here and most neighbors are pleasant. The office and maintenance staff are good people. The only concern is the holes in the fences. People like to cut through fences and it creates a safety concern.

This is a pretty decent apt., as far as apts. In Atlanta go. It's tucked away & sort of hidden, which I definitely like. Once you leave there are plenty of eateries and entertainment close by, as well as grocery stores an convenient stores. My unit is quiet. Everyone minds their business and we live comfortably.

To much dog poop and dog odor. It is a relatively quiet residential community. The off and maintenance staff are very professional and knowledgeable and solve every issue I have had.Additionally I am very very pleased with the prompt attention to any maintenance concerns I have had.

Avanatwenty9 it’s located near all the necessities Publix supermarket is nearby, Walmart,Sams and fast foods. Great location off 285 and 78. Close-knit community. Great professional leasing and maintenance staff .

Lovely community, no major issues or concerns. Excellent staff and I love the way they are always doing something for the residents. They care about the appearance of the community. It’s always clean and presentable. The breezeways just need a little more attention. Outside of that this has been a very enjoyable living experience.

They manager and all the leasing office staffs are not doing there job and are not responsible i have been leaving here nice 2019 when it was Arium station 29 the management cleanliness every thing was perfect now the resident not lean after pets and they bring their pets in kinds playground even they have special play ground for pets place for pet they not mowing the grass clean the community they don’t pay attention to the customers or residents and so on

Its been fine. I had to put in a few work orders. The work orders were for (toilet, and pest control). The noise level are usually kept down but the pool has not been operable because people being there all times of night. Not really a lot to say because I keep to myself. Well me and my family do. Most of the time I am coming and going and see people in the community in passing.

Well basically I went to visit my brother and help him get settled in his new place only to find out that maintenance had allowed someone in training to go into my brothers home and rob him for his jewelry and when we reported it Avana manager asked if he would file it on his insurance as if they are not held accountable for letting someone in his apartment alone without supervision...ppl work too hard for ppl to just steal from them and then not be held accountable

The Bees Knees

Avana Twenty 9 is a peaceful, quiet property. I have enjoyed my time as a resident here. Best amenity is the staff! Tina, Marvin and their entire crew are just the bees knees! Truly a hidden gem in Tucker.

I wouldn’t recommend this complex to a stray cat because everyone deserves respect and it’s not out here at Avana. Bring back Arium station 29 please . This is my 4th year here and it’s getting worse . It’s not any communication between office and residents. They want everything done on their time like we as residents don’t have to work to pay this high rent . It’s not worth the time to live here . As of today i have seen over 7 residents move my building has more empty apartments then ever before. I wish it would get better out here it’s only getting worse .

This is my first year at Avanatwenty9 at Tucker...and I have had one of the best experiences living in an apartment...the office staff Tina and Melvin are doing a great and wonderful job...and whenever I visit the office I am always welcome with a beautiful smile and always ready to give a listening ear... I would recommend avanatwenty9 because you feel like home here very clean and peaceful... and the residents here are friendly and honest ...I love living here Avanatwenty9 is the best choice and place to live .?????

I have lived in apartment complexes around the country and I would rank Avana Twenty9 at the top. It is a nice complex hidden away but convenient to most of what you need. The staff here are friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. The curb appeal is great and they have a very nice swimming pool and exercise area. The location is not great for pedestrians which is my only negative about living here. Overall I am pleased with Avana Twenty9. I don't have to think about or worry much about where I live which I consider a huge plus. I know that the management has my best interst in mind.
