This Community is not the same as when we moved, management is horrible and the community is looking so unmaintained. The office is very unhelpful and not friendly at all with concerns. More crime is happening and not sure if background checks are done on section 8 residents. Trash all over the beach and yards. Kapalina looks runned down. I recommend not moving here.

My family and I are so happy we moved into Kapilina. Kacey made our move-in process so quick and easy especially during COVID. She responded so quickly to my emails and answered any question I had. Before we moved to the Island I had packages delivered and she helped me by putting them inside our place. She is so awesome and friendly. We had to call emergency maintenance after office hours and they responded fast to the situation. Thank you for making the move-in experience easy for my family.
