I enjoy living in this community because of the friendly atmosphere from the staff here and the residents support. I also enjoy all the amenities that this community has to offer to its residents and I would recommend living in this community to everything.

I enjoy living in this community it has a relaxing environment and because of all the entitlements available to me. I enjoy going to the beach and the community pool. I also have privileges to utilizes the gas station at the Mini NEX store.

I enjoy living in this community. I like living close to the beach. I also enjoy all the amenities provided by this community. I am retired military and it is convenient to have easy access to the Mini NEX for my shopping needs.

I enjoy living in this community because of all the friendly staff. I also enjoy all the amenities thati are provided to me and my family. The Mini Mart is also a plus I can go shopping without leaving the community..
