Amenities have improved over the years, and bus schedule is very convenient. Ample study space in and outside of my unit! I just wish some of the materials used in construction were slightly more high quality.

Aspire is a good community to live in for convenience - it has a gym, all the amenities, and beautiful walking paths right near the apartment buildings. You may have to submit a few maintenance requests here and there, but they will be answered expediently.

Aspire is timely with maintenance requests and generally the staff try to do whatever they can - eg, get packages for you - to make life easier. The manager, Emma, is very on top of things and is also willing to do small tasks and go out of her way for the benefit of tenants. Overall I'm excited to live here.
