Awful experience

The staff seems friendly and they will try to sell you the idea of community. The truth is this is a corporation that cares zero about people. I was almost evicted over a misunderstanding that could have been resolved with a conversation with the manager. Instead, he avoided me and would have watched me get evicted instead of just talking to me. It affected my mental health and performance in school. Live anywhere else.

Overall, it has been a good experience. It feels like it deteriorated a bit in the last few months, but still it is a comfortable place to live, and it makes living easier. Things like having Internet taken care of, and laundry, and a gym, and the new outdoor grills.

I love living in a place where everything works as it should. It ust makes it easier to deal with life's real problems. Not the airconditioning, or the drains, or the dirty laundry. The staff and technicians are amazing, the energy is friendly and professional.
