This is our second stay at this property, and we still love it. Plenty of open space for dog walking, as well as a recently built dog park. The apartments themselves are solidly built, and the grounds are well maintained. Lots of parking, even on game days, which isn't always the case in this area. And the management and maintenance teams are both excellent!

I've been really happy with my apartment here. The units are in really good shape, and the maintenance crew does great work to make sure they stay that way. For that matter, the entire staff here is consistently helpful and friendly. Also really liked the micro-market to pick up quick food/snacks conveniently. I'll definitely try to stay here again if I am back in Iowa City in the future.
