Aspire is great for professionals and scholars at the University of Iowa. There is quick cambus service and the maintenance staff is highly efficient. All in all a good option for short term stay in Iowa city.

Aspire is probably the best place to live when one is working at the University of Iowa. It is absolutely safe, serene, and well maintained. There are bus services that comes right at the community center, even during the weekends. The maintenance team has always been prompt in resolving issues. Also, the Aspire staff is particularly awesome.

It's the best place to live in Iowa City, especially for University of Iowa professionals. It's been only 3 months for me, but I can see I will continue for a longer period of time, undoubtedly. Cheers!
