I really enjoyed staying at Aspire. Heat and air are controlled by the resident, maintenance requests are seen to promptly, and the indoor and outdoor areas are kept clean and tidy. Highly recommend for any U of Iowa students!

The community is really nice, everyone is pretty quiet and the place doesn't get super messy. At the gym, people use proper gym etiquette (wiping down, you can work in, etc) and the front desk staff are also super friendly.

So far it's been pretty good. Everyone is mostly quiet and I have no trouble focusing on school work. The package delivery people have been good too, I had trouble with getting a delivery returned by the sender and they were super patient about it

I moved into Aspire recently, and the place is great. I love having a washer and dryer in the apartment for laundry convenience, I love that the rooms have built in air conditioning for these humid midwestern summers, and I love how close the complex is to CAMBUS bus stops (though I would love it more if they ran on the weekends too).
