Overall, it's been great. Rent is reasonable for all of the amenities available. My only complaints is with the cleanliness of the common areas of the residential buildings and the size of the gym. The gym is way to small and is frequently full/all equipment is being used when I go.

Aspire has been great! Office and maintenance staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs and everything gets taken care of super quickly. Most of the time, everything is very clean. Having the bus system if you are a student is such a plus!

I've only lived here shortly, however, I'm already very pleased with the experience. There are so many amenities and having a bus stop right in front is such a helpful tool. Staff are also really helpful.
