Nice community, pet friendly, hold nice social events, kind staff and strategic location ! Near to uihc, mermon track, IRL! And above all you get the 42 bus stop right at the community center.. I also find the studying areas within the community center very helpful! As well as the patio area in the summer me and my friends did alot of social gathering there

Nice people always willing to help, friendly environment, pet friendly, hold nice social events, free food, prizes, and you cant beat having an indoor gym, study areas, and conference rooms within the campus.

There is a trail park near by the campus, gym, studying lounge and a bus stop which makes everything convenient. The place is also somewhat strategic, it it close to to the university and many grocery stores near by.
