They are friendly staff. Their response times are good. Not too much noise day or nights. The area has walkable restaurants once you finish a small trail that leads to Coralville. It's good for the rent price.

Polite staff at concierge. Prompt maintenance requests are fulfilled. The place is clean, quiet and safe. I hardly see people except for 5pm when all the kids come back from university. Not a lot of staff.

Polite staff. Very young staff. They answer the phone promptly . They don't always return your ph me calls. It's safe. It's clean. From trash being 1 to 10 being upscale. I would give it a 7 out of 10.

The residents and staff are very nice. It is a quiet place. Has a casual, pose environment. Free coffee, free gym and a community center. There's a gated yard for your dog. People mind their business.

The AC was working low. It slowly reacted 74 degrees, while it was 85 degrees outside. Not the worst, but not ideal. They were quick to fix it however. There was minor damage of the kitchen counter top which is maybe wear and tear from previous tenant, but still enough that if I were the manager, I would have in replaced. It's only 1 inch, but it's still noticeable damage of the kitchen counter top.
