It is good, most neighbors are quiet - except during sports games. I don't know if there's anyway to prevent this, but the fire alarms go off too much, every single time there has not been a fire requiring evacuation. There's plenty of square footage in the property, being in the midwest they should build an underground shelter during tornados. This would be beneficial if I had a 2 hour long exam that day, and the only time I could take it is during the storm, which I could do under the shelter with wifi. I kinda wish people who leave dog poop behind - often right near apartment doors - were/more penalized for it.

The community at Aspire is very nice. I appreciate they allow pets. There are a variety of room/bedroom choices. Very open and spacious so many different layouts with furniture. I like the security cameras and ID requirements.

The apartment ratings .com website was very useful and has a good wesbite format when I was searching for the right apartment. I really appreciate the layout or design plus search and filter options.

It's a good place to live. a suggestion that probably won't happen: if you ever build another apartment somewhere, add to all the apartments a basement floor connected to an underground tunnel that's connected to the community center. Especially would be useful in the winter with black ice and slush.
