My experience has been poor. Starting off on move-in day, my apartment was not cleaned from the previous tenants. I notified the front office, who sent a custodian and a front desk person up to clean the bathrooms and kitchen (which helped some, but I still found tiny hairs from the previous tenant all over my bathroom and room for 2 weeks) There were issues all over the apartment, including paint on the hard floors, stains on carpet, broken refrigerator shelves, leaky kitchen sink, bathroom lights out, etc. not to mention, they only gave one set of keys. When I went to pick up the second set, they didn't work, so I had to go another time to get another set. 2.5 weeks later, they finally fix most of the maintenance issues, after I have called, left voice mails, and submitted a request with patience. It was only when I talked to Megan at the front desk she was able to put in an "emergency" request which still wouldn't be able to be fixed for another 3 days. The custodians found trash under our fridge when they fixed the leak (on the day we moved in) and did not clean it up. Would not recommend this community.
