This apartment complex is not very good with communication. Emailed someone about switching rooms. No response at all. Gave them almost 3 weeks to respond and got nothing. Had to finally call in. They're also not very transparent with fees associated with transferring units. I'm not really upset about the fee. I'm more upset the fact they didn't tell me until I had asked them why I owed extra money. They wouldn't have told me unless I asked them first.The apartment itself is okay but I don't feel like it was very clean. Baseboards had dust buildup, some of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets have stains on them, some stains on carpet, and the washer was so gross. There was some dry old detergent and some black stuff in the washer detergent, fabric softener, and bleach compartments. Simply not the best in terms of cleanliness. There is absolutely no storage in this one bedroom apartment. Overall, wouldn't recommend this place.
