High prices, Rats and service is not that great
I've lived here for almost 2 years and will be moving after this lease is up. I have enjoyed my apartment for what it is worth, however I've lived in many places - but this is the first time that I've had rats in my kitchen (rats as in plural and more than one time). I've asked them to take care of this and they have told me that they cannot catch them - but would call an exterminator a few days later. I never saw this exterminator and only handed a few glue traps to "take care of my problem." I was also told when my rent shot up $60 a month that it's "a good thing" because the market is coming back. Yeah, good for them. Seriously, the woman fed me this line of crap. Overall, it is a nice place - but expensive! 1 bedroom apartment is around $869 and you pay everything (plus the service fees/water/sewage that they don't tell you about) so add another $20 per month! However, I don't want to make it sound like his place is horrible, it's not. I've lived her for 2 years and have had some problems, but just don't think its worth the amount of money that I'm paying for rent. They do let you know frequently when another person's apartment is broken into and if people are letting their dogs do their business on the grass, etc with multiple, multiple, multiple flyers in your doors. Would like to see a bit more customer service from them, but not the worst place ever.Share This Review
