Thermostat is placed on heater wall and measure temperature of warm wall instead of environment air. All issues was reported to amli several times, and most of them still left unresolved. I changed strategy to request service via email to track whatr was reported and then. Now amli stop responding to my emails, next step I will send certified mail to office. Utility bills here is quite high: for 1200sq feet apartment Gas : e.g. december 2010 $125 (Actual temperature in the room was around 70F) Electricity $60 Water $35 Sewer $19 Trash $4.5 Service charge??? $3.5 I guess you are ready right now to make your own decision about the "luxury" community
