DO NOT RENT HERE....THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! Where do I start??? I have been here for 3 months and from the time that I have moved in til now I have filed a least 15 service requests. The apartment was not "Move-In-Ready" there was so much wrong with it. Then it took them 3 weeks to fix everything. They supposedly have a 48hr guarantee, that if they don t fix something within that 48hrs, for each day that they don t show up, you get a day of rent free...WRONG!! And they make you sign your lease before you can even go see the actual apartment that you will be moving into. The staff does change often, already they have 3 new people in the office, and they don t answer the phone or handle issues in a timely manner. The management is lazy and are total idiots. The appliances are 20 years old and there is a crime problem in the area. I used to live not even a mile from here and never had any crime problems. Now all of a sudden, there are people breaking into apartments and cars and solicitors knocking on my door at 8pm at night looking like they just got out of Joliet state prison. Installation is horrible and whatever temp it is outside it is in the apartment. The fixtures, carpet etc. are cheap and there are major bugs all over the house. They claim to have a NO PIT BULL POLICY, yet there are people (Amli staff) that live in the complex that own pit bulls and other vicious dogs. UGGGGHH, I could go on and on, but I won t. I just know that I will be renting somewhere else when my lease is up. Take my advice and do not rent here!!! Pay the extra $200 and move down the street to Naperville...I am!
